  • This shopping cart will give you the option to pay with a credit card or with PayPal.  If you have problems, contact carolstiff@kitchenculturekit.com
  • If you want to handle the credit card payment via mail, download the Credit Card Payment form, fill out and email or mail to Carol. 
  • Wire transfers are also possible.
  • All fees are in US dollars (US $).
  • Registrations, except Wednesday only, include coffee breaks, two lunches, welcome reception, banquet, and complimentary ACMAP membership for calendar year 2017.
  • Undergraduate/graduate students must be full-time and submit an abstract to receive discount.  Post-doctoral research associates must submit abstract to receive discount.
  • Special one day – Wednesday:  Pass to sessions on that day, with lunch and breaks, excludes ACMAP membership or admission on other days of conference.
  • If you are registering a group, please email Carol at carolstiff@kitchenculturekit.com with details and she will send you a single invoice (will save you time)
